We have developed a set of high level principles which will inform the decisions we make as part of the Board’s COVID-19 recovery planning. These demonstrate our continued prioritisation of the health and welfare of our staff, members and all others involved in the parole system.
Recovery Principles
- Staff and members will not be asked to put themselves in any situation which makes them feel uncomfortable or at risk.
- We will communicate simply, clearly and promptly.
- We will take views of staff, members and organisations we work with into account when developing new ways of working and manage resources effectively.
- We will follow government and health advice and guidance to protect the health and wellbeing of our staff, members and all others involved in the parole system.
- We will continue to deliver our statuory responsibilities.
